Meet the People CEO and founder Tim Ringel took the stage at Possible 2026 in Miami for a conversation with Kristen Scholer, covering what makes MTP different, a fragmented industry, and what AI actually means for marketing.

On MTP's model, Tim was direct: with 20,000 to 30,000 agencies in the US alone, all doing one thing well, the real gap in the market is someone who can tie it together. Creative, media, commerce, data, analytics, and AI thinking, without making a brand manage 20 different vendor relationships. That's the MTP proposition.

On AI, Tim offered a fresh and clear perspective. He sees it less as a threat and more as an upgrade. "Changing the screwdriver to an electric screwdriver," he says. But that tool still needs a skilled hand. When a brand says they want an AI campaign, the first question should be: does it actually add value, or do they just want to tell their CEO they did something with AI?
