Gilles joined Meet the People in November 2024 to lead the launch of our business development activities in Europe, introducing a dedicated service specifically designed to support European entrepreneurs and business leaders in establishing or expanding on the US or Canadian markets.
Leveraging his extensive experience and the agency’s local expertise, Gilles helps providing tailored solutions for European companies navigating the challenges and complexities of entering the US, whether they are targeting specific cities or states or looking to expand nationally.

From 2018 to 2024, Gilles served as SVP Global Business Partner at IPG Mediabrands’ Reprise and UM, leading Nestlé’s global account and founding the agency THRIVE. His leadership expanded IPG Mediabrands into 35 new Nestlé markets.
Previously, he spent 18 years at NetBooster (now Artefact), spearheading its international expansion from 2000, serving as COO (2002), investment partner and co-founder (2005), and playing a key role in the 2006 IPO.
With expertise in business leadership, consulting, and global client management, Gilles has acquired and managed major accounts, including Nestlé, Richemont, Sony, Crucial, Accor, Hilton, Starwood, BMW, SCA, Michelin, and Estée Lauder.
Gilles is a native French and German speaker and holds German, French, and Swiss citizenship.
